James and Donna Rees owners of Key Lime Beach House and Mango Beach House are Licensed Brokers and also Owners of Abaco Real Estate Agency, Ltd. 

Working as Real Estate Agents in Abaco currently and for the past 20 years, both are familiar with Abaco, it's mainland and outer cays. Key Lime Beach House has been an exciting venture. Having always dreamed of owning our own beach home, our dream has come true. And then Mango Beach House! We are eager to share our dream and look forward to making friends from all corners of the world.

Our daughter and her husband have given us the best gift of two grandson and our son and his wife have given us a granddaughter and grandson! Call us Grammy and Pop-Pop! 

Why this Property

As children growing up in Nassau, both of us spent our summers in nearby Cherokee Sound, James with his father who owned a bone fishing camp and Donna with her Grandparents who lived there. We both always have loved the sun and sea and the quiet, relaxing beauty of Casuarina Point and the surrounding area. We raised our children in Florida and always dreamed of returning. We enjoy taking a sunset boat ride or kayaking in the Bay. Sometimes we just sit and float with the tide. The water is so crystal clear you can see many sea creatures that you have never seen before. Sometimes there will be a pod of dolphin playing in the channel in front of the house. So here we are, living our dream!

We feel safe here and the Abaco’s friendly people just make life wonderful. We purchased the property over 20 years ago and always dreamed of having a beach home. This property is unique because we enjoy boating and we can keep our boat at the back door and just steps to the beach to go for a swim. We love watching the schools of Bonefish 'tailing' as they feed in the shallow water. The boat basin is like our very own aquarium with tarpon, bonefish, mullet, many other small fish and crabs. We enjoy being close to nature and the private location at the end of the community. We can take a moonlit stroll on the beach and not worry about a thing.
